3. You may NOT re-sell them. Do not use my art for this. (however if you create your own offspring in December you may give that one away, but DO NOT sell them)

6. Money/points must be given before you get your individual Images.
7. You MUST draw Your Tentacle pony at least one time so I know they are getting some love. Or do another form of art (lyric, poetry, short story)
8. You MUST name them and describe or draw a cutie mark if asked when making an offer or asking for a custom.
9. Credit us every time you use this OC. Why? This will prevent people from stealing it and using it when it doesn't belong to them.
10. Each 3rd generation pony can have 1 baby. They can have either another 3rd gen. pony or a regular pony AFTER the released date in December. (It will be announced later in the group journal).
11. You may get a 3rd and 4th pony from this generation only, if you already own a Tentacle pony.
12. Do not sell the offspring. You may give them away. I cannot express this enough.

Other Info:
-The 3rd Generation of Tentacle Ponies are called Tentaswallows and will be referred to as Tentaswallows. They are no longer tentacle ponies. Please keep this in mind.
-The 3rd gen. will not have individual folders in the group gallery. Instead they will all be kept in the 3rd generation folder in the group Gallery when they come out. All Tentaswallow owners may submit their art into this folder for individual ponies only.
-Please place other art in the correct folder. (Group art, fan fics, and tentacle art. Regular ponies with few tentacles go in Tentacle art)
-They will have a new Wiki, and any Customs or adopted ponies made by mea0113 will get a wiki. Other ponies are on their own in this area. (there are too many to keep up with at this point XD)

What do I mean by an open breed?
As I said before, Each Tentaswallow aka 3rd Gen. Tentacle pony can have up to one offspring after the released date which will be in December. (Yes you will need to wait before breeding.). You must purchase and be a Tentaswallow Owner in order to get this offspring. However, you as the owner can choose how the offspring looks and design it yourself. You as the owner can choose whether it becomes another Tentaswallow or a Regular pony with a tentacle or 2 as a defect. Also you are now allowed to give this one offspring away or keep it as your own. Remember to choose wisely! And even if you are giving the offspring away, it is up to you to have the new owner become knowledgeable about these fun creatures. Link them to the wiki before choosing a new owner. And make sure they Credit the original Creator(s).

Trick and Treat the Tentaswallow Twins
Trick or Treat? How about both?
Trick and Treat grew up on their own. They never knew where they came from nor do they really care. They rely on each other and only each other. And due to their interesting habits, they tend to not make many friends.
Growing up in the wild and solely living on their own they had to do whatever it took to survive. Trick was a natural at this. His natural talent to trick unsuspecting ponies and to make traps helped them along their way.
Yet being carnivorous wasn’t exactly what Treat wanted to be. She developed a taste and craving for sweet treats. However these treats were hard to come by. And being the loving “brother” he is, Trick devoted his time to collect treats for his “sister”.
Over the years he tormented ponies until they gave him treats in return to leave them alone. Every so often taking one for his own nourishment. He’d then give the treats to Treat, who then gorged herself on them. She truly is the definition of gluttony.
But unlike other Tentaswallows and Tentacle ponies, Treat never eats meat of any kind. And because of this, it has caused her belly to bloat. This has made her rather sluggish and lethargic at times, so she often depends on her “brother” to care for her when needed.
Although Trick is very loyal to his “sister” He is a master trickster and can’t help but lie to her just to annoy her. Treat on the other hand is very jolly. But is persistent in getting her way.
