Earlier in the month I a put up a poll asking people to comment about what their favorite thing about Halloween was. After a few weeks I assigned those who commented with a number. Since I only got 7 comments, I gave out the numbers 1 - 7. I then used a random number generator 3 times and twice I got the number 7.

#7 was and their comment was "i love all the decorations and the whole mood"

So they won the free Halloween chibi and here she is.

The Origin of her name is from Swahilli
A Cat girl is a human female with cat like features such as ears, and a tail. A Female who practices witch-craft or other magical or super natural like powers is considered to be a witch.
